BlueStone Advisors, a leading specialty insurance broker, provides a full range of retail property/casualty brokerage, risk management services, employee benefits brokerage, and consulting services.

This is the perfect opportunity for goal-oriented individuals seeking a career where professional growth and income potential are unlimited. The first-year salary range is $60,000-$150,000.

BlueStone Advisors is seeking highly motivated Producers to generate new business production through the sale of Commercial Property & Casualty, Employee Benefits, and Personal Lines.

We are looking for experienced Commercial Insurance Producers to join our culture of success. An outstanding work ethic, positive attitude, and commitment to excellence are all characteristics of our ideal candidate. Applicants must be driven, self-sufficient, and results-oriented with the ability to explain complex information in a simple and concise manner, multi-task, manage schedules, and set appointments with prospective clients.

Responsibilities:
+Identifies qualifies and prioritizes prospects.
+Prepares submissions and markets new business.
+Answers questions from insured and underwriters.
+Prepares and presents proposals to clients.
+Maintains relationships with clients.
